Membership Dues

Recommended annual dues are $800 to $5,000. We ask you to donate as much as you comfortably can—even going above the top of that range if you can, in order to compensate for others in our community currently experiencing financial strain. Perhaps consider a dues donation of 1 - 2% of household annual income. We need an average of $1,600 per household to stay within our budget.

Conversely, if your circumstances prevent you from paying in the recommended range, that’s absolutely okay. Finances should not be an obstacle to membership.

FAQs

Are annual dues fully tax-deductible? Yes.

What if my circumstances limit the amount I can pay? Nobody’s financial status should be an obstacle to membership. Simply give what you can.

What if I have questions about my amount of giving or would like to make a pledge and pay over time? To discuss any aspect of your financial participation in AARC, please contact Avi Eisenbruch, Treasurer (treasurer@aarecon.org). Payments over time can be arranged.

What methods of payment can I use? Credit card, ACH bank transfer or paper check.

Paper check: Please write "Dues" on the check's memo line. Mail the check to Ann Arbor Reconstructionist Congregation, c/o JCC, 2935 Birch Hollow Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.
